By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3.1 Estimates: Any price estimates provided on the Site (e.g., starting at ₹12/sq ft) are indicative only. The final price is confirmed only after a physical site inspection by our technician. You are under no obligation to proceed with the service after the estimate is provided.
3.2 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a unique booking reference ID from Roadcentrix. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.
3.3 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your booking via the tracking page or by contacting our support team. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot may result in a cancellation fee.
5.1 Token Amount: A token amount (currently ₹999) may be required to secure your booking. This amount is adjustable against the final bill.
5.2 Final Payment: The full payment for the service is due upon completion of the work and your satisfaction with the final result.
5.3 Refunds: If you cancel the service before the technician arrives, the token amount is fully refundable. If the service is canceled after work has commenced, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled portion of the work, subject to a deduction for materials already used.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Roadcentrix Infra Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadcentrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site, or the accuracy of the information provided.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
